Q: What are your studio hours?
A: We are by appointment only. We are usually available for appointments from 9am to 9pm every day except Wednesdays and Sundays.
Q: Where are you located?
A: We are based in League City, Texas and we serve all surrounding areas with studio and on location photography.
Q: How long have we been in business?
A: We've been doing photography professionally since 2005. Hayley has been involved in the arts (including photography as a hobby) for many years.
Q: What is the best type of clothing to wear for family or group portraits?
A: Choose outfits that fit your unique personality and make you feel good. Beyond that, create color harmony and make sure you coordinate as a group. Avoid busy patterns. Long sleeve shirts generally result in a better outcome in photographs, because attention needs to draw toward the face. Avoiding mini-skirts and shorts is generally recommended.
Q: Do you provide printed proofs?
A: We prefer to bring you back in to the studio to discuss your images with you and possibly advise you on which ones are best suited for different purposes. If you have relatives that would also like to see your images but can not come in to our studio, we will make arrangements to post low resolution copies of images online for a short time.
Q: How long does it take before I can view my images?
A: Things can sometimes get backlogged during our busiest times of the year, but generally speaking we can have your images ready for in studio viewing about 5 to 7 days after your creative capture session.
Q: How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
A: Every item we carry is custom designed and created just for you after you place your order. This includes our frames, albums, jewelry, handbags and of course your portraits. We do not print your portraits on a laser printer in the back room. Every one of our creations is of the finest quality materials and workmanship. Under normal circumstances portraits take around 3 to 5 weeks. Our designer handbags, and jewelry can take 4 to 8 weeks. Our "A Day in the Life Albums" can take 6 to 8 weeks.
Q: Do you offer rush production on your items?
A: On many items we do but it can be rather expensive. For example, rush delivery on one of our designer purses can add $50 to $80 dollars to the cost.
Q: What kind of guarantee to you have on your work and your products.
A: On our portraiture, we give a 100% satisfaction guarantee. You inspect upon delivery, and if there is any problems we make it right or your money back. Our other items generally have warranties on materials and workmanship and materials only. This means that you can't return an item just because you changed your mind, or decided you don't like it. On these items, all sales are final, except for issues with material or workmanship.
Q: Do you archive my images? What if I want reprints made at a future date.
A: We archive all images for a period of about 4 to 6 weeks. After that, we archive only the images that you ordered prints or other products of, for a period of about 12 months.
Q: What if I need to cancel my creative session.
A: We require a nonrefundable session deposit on all creative sessions. This is to protect us against the rare individual who might call and schedule or call and cancel their session on a whim. We hope you understand, that we need to be able to plan, organize and schedule our work like anyone else. We try to discourage rescheduling of creative sessions. However, we know that emergencies do happen, and so we ask that if on the odd occasion you do need to reschedule your session, you give us as much notice as possible. If you need to reschedule more than once we will have to ask for a second non-refundable deposit to hold a time for you.
